On April 2ND, 2011 - while I was searching the Internet using my new Arabic Keyboard, I was reviewing the response to my work - in the Middle East - to be surprised that another politician in Algeria named Mahfoz Nehnah محفوظ نحناح have tried to reform Democracy as a term by merging it with political Islam - without an explanation - while he wanted in such a political Islam to be away from violence as using our terminology, being expressed in Arabic Language الشورقراطيةsince 1989.

; knowing late it was a surprise to me that such a term was also used by Mahfoz Nahnah - ( and I do not find yet on line or know since when ? especially in presence of the fact our Surecratic Theory was founded since 1988, being declared after the needed review of AlAzar Supreme Research Council (2))- and here arises the question did Mahfoz Nahnah had an access on line to our published and copyrighted information to use the same term; so who got it first because of what theory in each of us system of thoughts in theology and modern philosophy ? and which is being compared in the system of thoughts of Mahfoz Nahnah to ours in order to figure out the origin to formulate such a term in Arabic الشورقراطية , based upon what theory in theology, philosophy, contemporary political ideology he concluded the foundation of our term in Arabic and why with democracy in connection to political Islam ?! as he also did not seem to use any other terms that we used in English, French, Greek , Spanish, Iranian and Arabic languages - as highlighted above - ?! and where is/are the difference(s) within his system of thoughts?, where are his proposals - as came from - as it looks reflecting some general ideas of democracy and political Islam ? but from it could be coming from a different Islamic religio-political perception.Upon reviewing his approach - by myself yesterday on line - I have found out that though there are significant philosophic, political and socio-cultural differences within the foundation of our approach(es) in origin and the theoretical views - as I have explained below in Arabic - in the on-line comments (Shawn Below)

Surecracy Responds To M. El-Baradei Declaration ' To Run ' For President and Our Surecratic View Regarding The Reform In The Egyptian Constitution ?!

In Response to the recent televised declaration of Mohamed El-Baradei (1); the Nobel laureate and the former head of the UN nuclear watchdog agency - we have recoded these recent observations:

1. He may carry double standards of promoting for Secular Democracy, as adopting the idea of being a social democrat and his sympathy towards Muslim Brothers fundamentalists support.
2. He politically declared - upon arrival to Cairo within the 25Th January 2011 protests - He wants to mediate negotiations with Mubarak and opposition and to lead the transition period with no interests in power; presently he switched his decision into the opposite; a typical political characteristic of a democrat ..!
3. He highlighted the fact that Egypt presently does not have a weight in international leadership and he is seeking to develop education as a start for new Egypt and the future and he is seeking for the Egyptian Constitutional Reform(s) granting more time than rushing as we pass the period of decision making.
4. He is looking questionably to allow the previous members of the National Democratic Party - that brought to Egypt corruption, violence, allowing murders against protesters and enforcement of extreme autocratic oppression with their democracy - where Elbaradei seem to accept such an immature process of democracy reform of governing side by side with Muslim Brothers as fundamentalists altogether in power .. i.e in the foundation of the new Egyptian Parliament and/or sharing governance powers without a needed inquiry for justice against the National Democratic Party NDP Corruption ! so what exactly he is bringing to the Egyptian People in Revolution..? A combination of extremes: ex-Corrupt democrats sharing power - within the political system - with Fundamentalists ?!! what a political combination and/or drastic change(s) of El-Baradei in order to fulfill these real revolutionary needs for our Egyptian people whom already paid their blood and sacrificed their lives to get the very needed realistic and justified political, economic and social justice .. etc. changes ?!!


Our Opposition To Elbaradie as following:

1. He seems a Western Promoter for Western Democracy rally than reflecting what Egyptian do really need socio-politically in-depth, democracy will never work properly as a system of governing for Egyptian people - as Egyptian modern history indicates - Both Democratic Communism Socialism and Democratic Capitalism ( where Social-Democracy gets close) as experienced out there in the past period of years 1952-2011 drawbacks and its severe failure therefore why democracy again in Egypt, Is it to shed more blood ..! El-Baradei seems does not have a political in depth knowledge regarding innovations in the proper systems of governing though he is a lawyer in background as most of those secular democrats in elections / presidential elections like to be; changing their democratic inefficient parliamentary scene between the party in power and opposition like a court show seen in politics without a judge to role for an order ?! which doesn't add much to the proper / developed system of governance; in any country adopting the delusions of democracy ..!
2. He also talks general ideas like democracy and developing education without having any specific and/or particular strategy,plan, policy, developmental creative ideas in problem solving for our people's urgent needs ( Egyptians are victims of Corruption in Education with democracy ) while Surecracy and its oncoming political party will definitely have the best strategic efficient solutions in both ' Educational Quantitative and Qualitative mesaures ' ..! Accordingly why El-Baradei thinks he might be the most suitable Candidate to be the next Egyptian President ..? Is it because the political and ideological scene is presently empty where no one is suitable yet ? Is it because he is the best loyal promoter of Western Democracy in between Capitalism and Socialism ?! and a Nobel price winner where both USA / NATO may find him trustworthy to serve their democratic interest, same as Zionists including Israel as a good replacement for Mubarak ..?!!
Is it because the Egyptians - are oppressed for long and desperate enough to - accept anybody who is not military or talking with autocracy ?! El-Baradei seems taking advantage as a probable opportunist with a Nobel prize peace tag ?! Do we really induce such a needed drastic change through this questionable process where everybody now claim to get onto the governing empty chair ?!
3. He highlighted generally no rush in Constitutional reforms without any particular justified political proposal because in our Surecratic Opinion - he is not socio-politically well qualified or well experienced to lead an important country in Africa and the Middle-East; simply nothing new or particularly developmental in his view(s) regarding the present transition period, elections and the New Egyptian Constitutional reform.

Our Response to what is highlighted above and what is needed from Egypt in the present transitional time as following:

1. This Constitutional Reform Change(s) must allow Surecratic Polity in Governing rather than Secular Democracy which is incompatible and irrelevant with Egyptian true needs as The Holy Land Of Monotheism where Muslims, Christians and Jews live altogether in peace sharing their on nationality as Egyptians.
2. The Constitutional Reform Formality and Stage(s) is recommended- by Surecrats - to be in three developmental reform stage(s) - via public referendum - first stage within 6 month-1 year, second stage after 3 years and third final stage after 7 years to reflect a solid developmental opportunity and better chances for the best Egyptian Constitution..!that is what The International Surecratic Movement and its on coming Surecratic Party must recommend during this transient period of uncertainty and instability.
3. In Opposition to El-Baradei We have to be Extremely careful upon dealing with the National Democratic Party ex-members whom must pass first the needed public inquiry, investigation and/or covering up corruption during the time(s) of Sadat and Mubarak. Surecracy have already addressed our online surecratic review and/or published article regarding this matter with our recommendations in advising The Egyptian People.. The Egyptians still needs more time to learn about and to understand the value(s) and the diverse practical applications of Surecracy versus Democracy as well as the Surecratic Polity Model(s) In Governance Versus the Secular defected Model of democracy.. We as Egyptians must have our own unique integrity in governance at the time of post 25Th January, 2011 Revolution as we explained before .. In addition; a person nominating his own-self for ' run to ' president, must have certain personal interests more than a public interests especially in lights of the switching positions of El-Baradei - as a social democrat - in politics.

Though I am an Egyptian in origin, a significantly capable intellectual leader in both politics and modern human ideology as well as an innovative interpretive theologist, a scientist, a philosopher and a capable person in contemporary politics whom is being certainly the most capable to fill this present gap and black hole in Egypt at the present time; for guiding the political leadership of my own Egyptian People; being the founder and the spiritual leader of illusive Surecracy and its evolved new ideological and socio-political movement; YET I HAVE NO INTEREST(S) - AT ALL - TO BE THE PRESIDENT OR THE LEADER OF ONE SURECRATIC PARTY, ENTERING THE ELECTION(S) IN EGYPT OR IN ELSE-WHERE; I AM MORE INTERESTED TO EDUCATE, TRAIN AND LEAD MY STUDENTS/ SURECRATS TO BE THE BEST LEADERS TO THEIR OWN SURECRATIC PARTIES WORLDWIDE.. I HAVE A BIGGER RESPONSIBILITY THAN LEADING ONE PARTY IN A SINGLE NATION SOMEWHERE .. Rasoul Allah Stated ' لانولى الإمارة لمن يطلبها ' Here as I am; Compared to M. El-Baradei We are very different in both personality, ambitions, in our approach(es) and even in finding out the suitable strategic socio-political resolutions; The enforcement and the application of Surecracy nowadays in Egypt with its educational Coll-Coop project in Egypt is expected to lead the Egyptian People to be the pioneers of Surecracy and of ' the Governance via Polity ' world wide ?!! That is why I am personally suggesting that Mohamed El-Baradei is not the suitable for the needed election to be our Egyptian President due to the lack within his vision and/or our distrust in his abilities to role justly - via social democracy/ democratic socialism our country with his questionable old fashion idea(s) and his general view(s) that brings to all of us - as Surecrats - and to our Egyptian people; nothing new, nothing innovative and nothing of a true realistic change(s) except following a Sweden questionable democratic model imported to the Egyptians .. !

El-Bradei also has questionably ignored the fact of the ' Distrust in Democracy World-Wide ' especially among the new generations and he was incapable to highlight ' the Troubles with Democracy as well ' - compared to us - a reason why he is absolutely unsuitable to lead Our People or the Present Revolution towards the essential Moralo-psycho-intellectual Revolution ; in the 21st Century; that Surecracy is the most capable ideology and contemporary political system to realize it - in both theory and practice - nowadays and in the fast developing future ..!

Surecracy And Egypt: A Warning & A Legalo-political Claim For Investigation & A Public Inquiry Against All Members Of The National Democratic Party?!

The International Surecratic Movement is Warning the Egyptian People and The Protesters as well as the Military Present Governing Council from the grave danger(s) of the present trial of all the previous members of The National Democratic Party (NDP) in Egypt; whom are presently working to find out a new name for their party questionable reform under re-establishment ..!!; The list of this previous and present party members of (NDP) - across its history - must be published and legally circulated to all the public and the people - showing all its members history of political activities in Egypt - to facilitate the enforcement of investigations and the needed public inquiries, hearing(s) and court actions whenever deemed necessary in light of the law(s), It is here politically and legally requested by the International Surecratic Movement before this NDP party starts to reform under another name(s); for the following legalo-political reasons:


1. Their presence in power have/had allowed illegal process(es) of abuse of power and acquiring both wealth and special privileges that lead to significant corruptions, robbery of their National Democratic Party Members and Bussinessmen - in connection to the corrupt government bureacrats - to acquire the wealth of our people and our country, and facilitating by keeping quite silence and/or actions ; regarding ex-president Hussnie Mubarak and his family to stole an estimated 40-70 billion dollars from the Egyptian People's economy and wealth , soaking our country into huge debts. Our Reiew to Wikipedia Online leak (1) came in support to our Surecratic Calim; as it has clearly highlighted the following: " (The) Political corruption in Mubarak administration's Ministry of Interior has risen dramatically due to the increased power over the institutional system necessary to prolong the presidency.[58] The rise to power of powerful business men in the NDP in the government and the People's Assembly led to massive waves of anger during the years of Prime Ministers Ahmed Nazif's government. An example of that is Ahmed Ezz's monopolizing the steel industry in Egypt by holding more than 60 percent of the market share.[59] Aladdin Elaasar, an Egyptian biographer and an American professor, estimates that the Mubarak family is worth from $50 to $70 billion.[60][61]

The wealth of Ahmed Ezz, the former NDP Organisation Secretary, is estimated to be 18 billion Egyptian pounds;[62] The wealth of former Housing Minister Ahmed al-Maghraby is estimated to be more than 11 billion Egyptian pounds;[62] The wealth of former Minister of Tourism Zuhair Garrana is estimated to be 13 billion Egyptian pounds;[62] The wealth of former Minister of Trade and Industry, Rashid Mohamed Rashid, is estimated to be 12 billion Egyptian pounds;[62] and the wealth of former Interior Minister Habib al-Adly is estimated to be 8 billion Egyptian pounds.[62] " then Wikipedia Encyclopedia added: " The perceptions of corruption and its beneficiaries being limited to businessmen with ties to the National Democratic Party have created a picture "where wealth fuels political power and political power buys wealth. [63] " A Typical Observed Story historically recorded in between Democracy - Democratic Capitalism and Corruption ..!

2. Their presence in governing power have allowed by the The National Democratic Party members " Legislative Corruption " to infiltrate in our Egyptian justified legislations / laws and even their infilteration into the Egyptian constitution sections/ articles to make it irrelevant, unjust and/or unsuitable in light of logic and/or Islamic Shariha ( basic Source Of Law ) that they all NDP members are responsible about . It can also be analyzed in light of fundamental and/or conceptual justice principles.

3. NDP members played a questionable illegal and/or unethical rule(s) to facilitate corruption, knowingly the secret deals with foreign neo-colonialism governments, corporates and foreign financial investors to take advantage(s) that are not in the best interests of our people.

4. They must not formulate any new party - under any name - as they were all involved in facilitating with their paid money, keeping silence about such illegal process and in relation to their party leaders political instructions to hire criminals and/or traders against the people's legal protest and/or revolution against the Dictator Husnie Mubarak as their party ex-leader; resulting into disturbing peace, violence and murders against many innocent people.


5. There is no enforcement yet of An Egyptian Public Inquiry against all members of the National Democratic Party (NDP), No public hearings about the charges and/or the subsequent related trials and no investigations yet of their rule with Husnie Mubarak bias and corruption - in every details - leading to violence, wounding and murdering innocent Egyptian Protesters to keep their illegitimate powers on continuity.

6. They were not yet investigated in the possibility of conspiracy against their own people and in the imprisonment of political oppositions with and without fair trials; they all failed to act - on time - to protect our people, breaching the public trust or to oppose their dictator and to support him to be kept in power for 30 years against the laws, they are not investigated against their rule(s) to bias a fair neutral elections; in more than 30 years of the ex-president Hussnie Mubarak and Anwar El-Saddat re-election, same as their rule in the corruption(s) being brought during the NDP party in connection to Anwar El-Sadat history and if these individual members are connected in such a matter ..


7. The National Democratic Party in Egypt must be bar / banned from formulating any other party until the full detailed investigations, public inquiries and/or court trial(s) are competed upon every one of them whenever it appears necessary..

In Addition, To Ban Of The National Democratic Party In Egypt ; Surecracy also Claims for justice, house Arrest and investigation(s) - via the Egyptian Crown Prosecutor(s) - against Ahmed Fathi Souror ex-minister of education and ex-president of (Majlis E-Shabb)/ parliament president, Mohamed Safwat El-Sherif the Former Speaker Of Majlis Al-Shura ( Council- Congress) as well as against Dr. Zakaria Azmi NDP's deputy for El-Zeitoun district in eastern Cairo and the chief of the presidential staff to present them all for the needed public inquiry and/or a court trial(s) , as they all are primary suspects of bringing both political and financial -economic corruptions into the Egyptians' people socio-political and economic-financial life while they coruptly mal-practiced their positions and power in presence of NDP Democracy and Mubarak with his family corruption and illegally acquiring huge wealth of the Egyptian people ..

In our Surecratic, vision, observations and socio-political Analysis - upon the Egyptian People, passing presently - post Mubarak kick out of power - the most questionable critical and possibly misleading guidance of the opportunists - claiming they are in opposition - thereafter taking the minds of Egyptian people into the extremes of Secular Democracy / Democratic Capitalism as it looks being adopted by the Christian (Possibly Mason) Internet tweeter and Google Marketing Manager: Wael Ghonim side by side with the late appearance of the opposition leader of Radical Islamic Fundamentalism - in connection / ties with Muslim Brothers league / organization - whom is recognized as the Islamic Sun nah Scholar sheik Yusef El-Qaradawi; where each one - mentioned above- is trying cleverly with his supporters to neutralize the Egyptian grassroots of the revolution, to bias people , with the purpose of influencing the outcomes of this protest / revolution and election reform - as it seems both were capable to jump over the top of this new wave of the Egyptian Revolutionists, symbolized at Tahrir (Liberty) Square in Cairo; They both appeared outhere , they both are hardly trying to influence the socio-political and the ideological directions of our people in Egypt, as well as the oncoming election; where each of one them claims to be the honest, the most knowledgeable representative for the best interests of our people and within this Tahrir square show ; where Egyptians are standing out there in Tahrir, thirst to know and to find out their future path, they find almost no one - to be seen as the star guide in knowledge enough - except those two; suddenly appearing individuals mentioned, trying as - who is the most capable in such Tahrir Square present political advertisement show to the public - for influencing this serious transition period about the election and the political future of the nation ..?!!

In this underdeveloped country, which was suffering from long periods of autocratic oppression, , economic depression, corruption of the government, most of its bureaucrats and its leaders in power as Egyptians seem suffering loss of true identity and the defamation of people's real character, living mostly in poverty, with literacy 55-67%( high factor of ignorance) and being sociopolitically non-experienced with what might be wrong / draw backs of democracy: ( including Democratic Communism & Democratic Capitalism ) and the presence of uncertainty to moderately develop with fundamentalism..! Egypt seems nowadays being taken into its grave danger(s) where the unsuitable short vision thinkers, actors and the opposition's incapable leaders are nowadays jumping over the wave of this revolution, surfacing it to take their advantages over the people, where they were all incapable - as it clearly appears - to present via their lack of innovations against what is taking our society downward as underdeveloped; unknowledgeable to put proper plan and political system to secure the present and the future of the Egyptian People and their children from the oncoming negative impacts and risks they are bringing into our nation by their leadership narrow visions and probably - later on - potentiating the possible destructive path that can take Egypt - as a leading nation in the Middle-East with its Egyptian people - to possibly suffer further more gambling risks and the consequences of a more non-calculated political strategy in presence of a highly possible fluctuations of an unstable economy associated with socio-cultural dangers ; providing here the fact that the presence of this uncertainty is now and will be further vibrating our nation and/or society, affecting thereafter the adjacent Arabic countries and putting more stress upon their traditional enemies including Israel - Zionist State and the Western Democratic countries including USA ..

This uncertainty came while Egypt is missing its best innovative capable thinkers and also missing the proper strategic guidelines to reform in presence of a significant factor of ignorance; not allowing those experienced scientists - ulama with their suitable visions to guide the transition / reform path and to take this nation into its optimum opportunities and towards the needed realistic exponential development..! Those educated scientists-ulamah, knowledgeable leaders with their future creative acceptable visions are not presently in power; while mostly the emotions are directing the path of our people in absence of a unifying ideology .. We believe still that we have those whom are definitely the most capable are hidden and/or outside their country working somewhere else, they are truly capable to present the needed best moderate strategy and innovative modern solutions to build up this country again on rational justifiable and moderate grounds, in a creative realistic way(s) to fulfill the needs of our people in the present and the future .. That is - from our Surecratic Determinism Point Of View - the way to bypass the democratic waiting trap(s) and the oncoming challenges awaiting against the best interests of our Egyptian People and our micro- / macro- society, where still the foreign interfering forces are always watching closely, reevaluating, fastly interacting, planning and trying their best to significantly influence the political, the ideological, the economic and the socio-cultural outcomes ..etc in post -Mubarak / post military governing oncoming time(s) and in relation to our present and future revolution ..

We have addressed to the Egyptian People more than a warning from our leadership responsible position in participation with honesty, political responsiveness and insight suitability on behalf of our people whom - if knowing our knowledgeable insights, our illusive alternatives - of Surecracy and The Surecratic Polity Model(s) as well as all the innovative aspects of Surecracy in developing the economy, the education, the health care and the religio-cultural arena- Egyptians will certainly inspire and will find out their needed right path much easier to work with and for, on profound stable ground that is - in other words - the most suitable alternative towards our people's developmental needs and our realistic demands; providing the fact we are evading the negative(s), the most destructive impacts of the past and smartly working with confidence for not allowing this irrelevant past to affect back our present and future generations ..!

Neither the secular democracy adopted within the views of such a social network blogger/tweeter leader: Wael Ghonim nor the National Democratic Party NDP (Long in power) nor The Muslim Brothers ( Radicalists, Revivalists and Reformists ) in their long > 50 years of history as presenting no governing model or political repair strategy, nor those independent Islamic Elected Members of the Parliament, nor the recently appearing Islamic Scholar Youself Al-Qaradawi all are considered incapable to present their best developmental strategy, practical plan(s); scientific suitable models / innovative ways of governing with any aspect related to such a needed certainty in governing, for securing this nation with solid basic foundations of Science, Philosophy and Monotheistic Religion(s) including the best leadership and best inspirations of Islam and Qur'an, and what are their most appealing alternative(s) in this subject; a matter which presently leaves the political scene almost empty from such a creative innovation and/or responsive and efficient guidance for proper way(s) and suitable models of governance that we are carefully presenting it here to suit our culture and beliefs .. As Surecrats we are willing to participate with the needed resolutions even - at no cost to Egypt - to help our country and our people - in revolution in turn - and to peacefully develop it - passing this transition period - in the most safe, secure and balanced strategy in our modern history. We have copied here our online comments and reviewed it in one of our recent declared news release and/or media announcement - as being highlighted - on line - to the news agencies to be addressed to the Egyptians and Muslims in response to the sudden questionable appearance of the Scholar Yusef El-Qardawi ( Radicalist Mojtahid) whom still seem lacking certain knowledge to present his suitable alternative that is needed to re-direct properly any of his proposals and/or vision towards the moderation in our future, here are our insight reviewed as follows:

" Surecracy and The International Surecratic Movement ; with its Founder Sherif Abdel-Kerim, An Egyptian born scientist, a modern philosopher, an Egyptian Muslim theologist and an uprising leader of Surecracy who is now commenting upon the religious Islamic scholar Mr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi heresays and action(s); as he latterly appeared in Tahrir square ; being standing within the main releam / stream of Radical Fundamentalism and Muslim Brothers, re-establishing now their political party; hoping to get into the governing power, trying to implement and/or to work with Democracy (Civil government) as a questionable path with Islam (In presence of incompatibility and/or controversies between the two) ?!; Appointing himself - as he hopes - in the position of religious leadership/guide to the whole Egyptian nation without presenting yet his/their exact, most comprehensive ideological, philosophical and contemporary political suitable model(s) of governing! associated with their acceptable views about the needed Egyptian Constitutional change(s) while they are being under their trial and error of uncertainty of these needed true developmental reforms; as rushing away from any opened discussion(s), debate, Shurah with all the Egyptians and even suggesting a referendum for our people; a matter which may badly endanger the real ideological and sociopolitical outcomes of our Egyptian Revolution seeking its proper path for the realistic development and its in rush demands for claiming for suitable changes/ reform(s) that reflects our unique Egyptian identity.. Our Surecracy and its leadership issued a warning to the Egyptians - published on line- under title(s) " Surecracy: The Movement and The New Form Of Revolution " and Surecracy Claims Justice Against Democrats Crimes as well as Surecracy Versus Democracy, Surecracy: A Universal New Human Ideology, Surecracy: An Applied Theory In National Economics; where We are questioning both this Egyptian Islamic scholar Yusuf al-Qaradawi , the Muslims Brothers and their followers - lacking in the indepth knoweledge that is crucial - what is their exact, previously declared position regarding Democracy and Islam ( in incompatibilities and controversy ); Rasoul Allah was never a democrat or a purely theocrat ; Mohamed Rasoul Allah blessed by god was simply a Surecrat - same as his blessed grandfather Ibrahim; applying Surecracy as a basis with Partial theocracy within his justice discipline in judgements " ex: Case of theft and hudod" and in Governance of people same as Sahabah Rasoul Allah: Abi-Bakr, Omar, Uthman and Ali whom also applied concepts of Surecracy in the Form of Al-Shura. Their System(s) Of Governing combined within those leaders an applied Theology, Philosophy and Scientific foundations of their own age at the time.. It was simply a Surecratic; not a civil democratic governance which lacking its system of morality / ethos as this same controversy ever existed with such secular democracy in all its ages and stages accross human history..! There is nothing here called " Islamism Of Democracy "; it is in fact a garbage idea as many Muslims with their leaders are trying to desperately prove ..!! but instead there is our Surecratic Islamic Polity in Governance ?!! (What is yours?!) Where governance combine all aspects and fields of knowledge altogether, even including securing the nation with its own military ?! Surecracy and its Surecratic Polity Model - as a developed art of governing - Regulating all of that altogether in one macro-process which has its unique and balanced diverse mechanisms for enforcing an optimum harmony and best performance ?!! Yusef El-Qaradawi and same as Muslim Brothers are here absolutely missing many of these rational and innovative strategic political aspects in their theological and their civil claimed governance view(s) ; We haven't seen or hear any .. So We are here standing to speak out , to challenge and to debate all of you - without fear - from the Pope(s) of religion, uptaking the nation's authority to freely think and redirect while their fundamentalism followers in Taqlid whom have given us - nothing - of any suitable modern and/or political justified alternative(s) to solve our cumulative problems, instead you are trying irrelevantly to justify leading the whole nation as a guide - working with civil governance oscilating in between democracy and Islam which are absolutely and conceptually incompatible ..!

Now We have already presented One of the Best - ever existed - Monotheistic and/or Islamic civilized well developed alternative , Requesting and Claiming for the Egyptians to be careful, to read / review and study our legitimate Islamic Proposal(s) and to work with us in order to put the foundation of The First ' Egyptian Surecratic Party ' that is very badly needed nowadays in order to secure - with certainty - the process of transforming the Egyptian anti-Mubarak Revolution into its needed following step as an essential Moralo-psycho-intellectual revolution of this 21st Century; which is not only just to lead our Egyptian people but also to initiate leadership to the Whole Islamic Developing World..! the Egyptian Islamic scholar Yusuf al-Qaradawi here is factually missing a lot of things to tell us in his unidimensional approach, he did not say or even identified his alternative yet and his proposals to our people, a civil government means nothing within itself; we do not have your clear explanation just generalities in facing the military council ; where is your exact model is it by Taqlid or Tajdid; providing the fact that the answers are very needed now with a clearer vision from any leader; just you brought up some general issues: ' Civil governance, Rejection to Theocracy (providing the fact that Rasoul Allah Combined -with flexibility- both Theocracy and Surecracy in his Islamic Governance and discipline )..etc.". but Al-Qaradawi as a Scholar's speech combine it all with one word 'Civil Government ' as warning to the military council (not enough) without any detailed plan(s) or model(s) declared as how to lead the people: Muslims and Christians altogether within his questionable unknown - non existing - system of governing..! If Yusef Al-Qaradawi - leading Radical Islamic Sonnah - as he declared rejected theocracy totally as his statement anounced " I am totally against Theocracy ..! "; then he is falling - in the media and the public - into his own controversy - in comparison to our blessed prophet Mohamed in the same highlighted point - and he has just proven to us he is still lacking the needed wise vision related to the Multidimensional Approach in politics as well as lacking the needed moderate flexibility as a Rigid Radical Fundamentalist ?! Does he reject it because The Iranian Shiite System applies what they defined as " Theo-democracy " i.e a mixture of theocracy and democracy .. which still needs - in our opinion - to be redeveloped further into Islamic ' Surecracy' later on ; Does The Scholar Yusuf Al-Qaradawi is trying here to mislead and/or to at least bias our people - in revolution - with his limited views and tight reactionary interpretations - versus the Iranian State Model - as a fundamentalist radicalist Sunnah ..?! while he think and claim to be the guide to whole Egypt not to the Muslim Brotherhood (1) ?!!

As Faithful Surecrats - We are warning loudly all the Egyptians including their Muslims' majority from taking ignorant (non-educated) and superfacial fast decisions and/or actions regarding Democracy and Islam ; We provoked in our illusive 14 blogs of Surecracy a lot of question marks addressed to the Egyptian People to answer themselves according to their identities while seeking for their revolutionary suitable change(s) in governance and in searching for their exact socio-political and religio-cultural identity in lights of Political Islam / Monotheism that both such an Egyptian Islamic scholar Yusuf al-Qaradawi and the Muslim Brotherhood are deeply missing, ignorant about in depth enough to give us a right applicable efficient model and before getting into this Egyptian Constitutional Realistic True change(s) / reform(s) that Suit(s) all Egyptians and it must - as our Surecracy and Surecratic Determinism Claim - happen with a full referendum of all people and in the presence of competitive political alternatives to be discussed and presented which must involve - from now on - our International Surecratic Movement / Egyptian representatives' and The Egyptian Surecratic Party ( Under establishment) where our profound theological, philosophical, contemporary political and ideological suitable approach(es), knowledge, as bringing transparency about the needed moderation to be implemented with the introduction to Surecracy and its Surecratic Theory ( Islamic Theory of Acting, Interacting and Reacting ) / The Monotheistic Philosophic Theory TMPT with its Qur'anic inspirations and/or practical innovative islamic applications. Surecracy Can Not Be Related - By Any Mean - To Conservatism and To Fundamentalism

The Surecratic Theory has its own pro foundation in both Philosophy and Theology to make it independent on its own. Surecracy is based upon The Metaparaphysics Philosophic Theory / The Monotheistic Philosophic Theory {TMPT} Published within my first publication in Cairo since 1988/1989 by Akbar El-Yom Press, Being approved - after a careful review of Ulama - By The Islamic Supreme Research Council Authority Of Al-Azhar, Cairo, Egypt at the time as these book doccuments had clearly indicated in its official attachment .

Surecracy does not follow either traditional fundamentalism approach ( Radicalism, Reform ism, Revivalism..etc. in monotheistic religions ) or to the typical forms of conservatism.. Why ?

Surecracy base its Open Model Of Thinking And Believing upon Integro-dynamic Model(s) in Human Thinking towards better knowledge which is integrally and dynamically changing as a function of the following :

1. Scientific Factual Discoveries in various era of science and its diverse specialities.
2. Integro-dynamic Open Model(s) Of Thinking In Human Philosophy; The Surecratic Philosophic Approach is considered very unique and different from the typical approaches applied in the Closed Models Of Thinking in both Ancient and Modern Philosophies and its related questionable foundations in human ideology.
3. The Theological Interpretive Part in the Surecratic Theory has - to a significant extent - its primary pro foundation(s) that relates to The Holy Qur'an; in which incentive(s), analysis and in-depth interpretations dynamically vary as a function of: time, culture and place ..

Surecratic Philosophy plays its most powerful rule in between science and religion where here nothing is to believe in without a common logical sense; nothing is considered static but rather relative, in motion and dynamic in the human knowledge development as a function of time and of place. Surecracy bears its own developing characteristics that guide its unique approach which forces it to be very different from the traditional way(s) , well known approaches in both Conservatism ( including Noe-conservatism ) and Fundamentalism whether of Islamic, Christian or Jewish Fundamentalism types.

Such an independence and the uniqueness within The Surecratic Theory makes it standing to create a new triangle of forces which includes Surecracy as a balancing powerful knowledge and dynamic force in between Conservatism and Fundamentalism .. Yielding a Sum or a restultant knowledgeable force due to this independent integrity of this Surecratic approach and its dynamic interactive positive revolutionary foundation.
