From The North American and its related Western European Democratic Point of View(s); Although September 11th , 2001 is considered a severe tragic disaster from the humanitarian and their people's point of view(s) / insight(s) where thousands individuals were killed with the collapse of the World Trade Center Towers 1, 2 side by side with the USA military related personnel(s) working - at the time - inside the USA Headquarters Pentagon ..etc. ; resulting into a shocking direct damage, some estimated as 83 billion US $ side by side with other indirect damage(s) that came thereafter - as a consequence - the full economic depression, real estate and stock / financial market collapse(s), added to the deficits caused by USA and NATO allies military invasions and intensified bloody operations in Iraq and Afghanistan; where the financial deficit figures seem to exceed more than 10 trillion US dollars in USA alone, as highlighted from the resources of Al-Jazeera on-line ..
September 11th, 2001 bring the 21st Century with a unique type of military / militants challenge against the Western Superpower lead by USA, where for the first time in human modern history a group of militants Islamic Jihad of few thousands dared to strategically challenge ' the Capabilities of Rebuilding America's Defenses ' within the (PNAC) Project, which seems to be directing the policy-military guidelines for the USA presidents: both George W.Bush being extended to B.Obama present Administration ..! USA is - in fact - questionably gave itself the sole illegal rights - against the international laws - to play the military aggressive constable and to dominate by every military mean , any where it wants to go in the developing world, presently foccusing in Central Asia , neutralizing by political-military pressures and advanced areo-space / nuclear arm force , not allowing anybody else in any nation to develop its aerospace and/or nuclear program(s) needed against the frequent threats of USA at anytime.. what applies upon USA/NATO/ Israel in military - nuclear and aerospace development is not allowed to anyone else .. including North Korea , Iran, ..etc. The challenge was that No-one of these developing governments and/or nations were ever capable to challenge USA/ NATO and even Soviet Union / China before September 11th, 2001..! The Project for the New American Century as a Military/Offensive project was in fact and practically was extremely challenged by individuals militants strategy that were recorded to be very successful in dragging Western Democratic Military / Economic Regime(s) towards a powerful and a significant damage(s).. the present modern history has already recorded these signs in reality, where the superpowers leading secular democracy are challenged in many era and/or dimensions.. If this impact is considered negative - from the Western Democrats views - and positive - from Islamic Jihad Militant groups point of view for the neutralization of the aggressively dominant Secular Democratic superpowers lead by USA, UK, Canada ..etc. and other Westerns NATO allies; The conclusion here is significantly dependant upon where you stand to judge - from what side / view - this crucial strategic subject matter , fluctuating - against justified peace back and forth ; in the presence of such contemporary political and ideological conflict of interests opening its own destructive fires affecting everybody and/or nation .. !!
With all what have been shortly highlighted above; brought as Past September 11, 2001 might be viewed by Al-Quida Organization and its Talibani fundamentalists Islamic Militants Allies as a very successful strategic political-ideological challenge and/or operation where in addition those guerrilla militants had been pushing further some indirectly aimed positive catalytic impacts to force and to use cleverly secular democrats - both directly and/or indirectly - in order to realize the following strategic political and socio-economic goals including:
1. A positive change - via stimulating coersively the factor of fear - to drag secular democratic Superpowers for turning over another secular dictatorship regime of Saddam Hussein, whom was previously supported by USA against the Islamic Republic of Iran (10 years war) , such a consequence of September 11th,2001 has obviously been realized - if even - it came as a propaganda for excusing USA / NATO military invasions and significant losses on both sides.. An observer or political analyst will remark the factual assumption in reality that if there was no September 11th,2001 the Iraqi dictatorship Regime might be still in power until nowadays, where it might save for them - as group of militants - a great effort and resources to do such a Jihad -(Related Wajib Kifayah on behalf of the Iraqi people whom are mostly Muslims). If USA which seems did not realize a great victory in Iraq yet due to both Son nah and Shiite insurgency militant Jihad resistance against the occupation and against the presence of 14 constructed occupation military bases of USA/NATO allies in Iraq for securing its military dominance in the Middle -East and Central Asia ( Turkey-Iraq - Afghanistan ), to secure their planned imperialistic control upon the oil, the raw materials, in a competitive markets' interests and upon the human resources ..etc. yet such an imbalanced war equation and operation is continued without any guaranteed stability especially there are potentials of establishing a moderate upto fundamentalists Islamic governments in the future.. That might be considered - from our Surecratic political review and analysis - a factual issue to be reported.
2. September 11th , 2001 have brought - by playing with the democratic factor of fear - some further positive changes and even a gift to the Western Americans; An enforced change through the USA administration office of George W.Bush leaving his country and the world into a remarked severe socio-economic depression and exhausting USA / NATO surplus into grave deficits; Such few militant group were considered an indirect catalyst to bring USA into Change(s) allowing - for the first time in American History A Black American President to govern as a president, promising a change from American Arrogance and tyranny with its wars especially in the Middle -East into the language of moderation and search for peace and economic stability - in presence of the uncertainty of economic recovery and successful war operations; if no September 11th,2001 happened there might never be B.Obama in USA presidency power to realize such an American people's dream of equality in between black and white in governance..
3. September 11th, 2001 has brought the positive impacts of socio-political solidarity among American and Western people governed by the questionable values of secular democracy.. They learned more in presence of such a serious impact catalyst the human value of family, relatives , neighbourhood, to where military destructive invasions to the other people especially to the Arabic and/or Islamic World might lead all of them to insecurity, political and socio-economy disasters where they start even under controlled biased media to reject wars and request stopping the military insurgency operations to return back the troops home where they belong.. They also start to review themselves in terms of their own violations to the international laws and to the basic human rights of their own people by their dictating democratic governments where review to the treatment of Muslims faced criticism and treatment of the prisoners of war in Cuba , Iraq, Afghanistan ..etc.
4. Following Gulf War I by Gulf War II , it was apparent that Western Democrats, facing new type(s) of fear factors and/or threats , seem started - as governments and people - to give serious humanitarian concerns about others in the developing Islamic World .. where the elected New USA president are shifting their political - well known - arrogant attitude to a more moderate language of diplomacy in dealing with others, declaring in their official political coverage and/or declarations " We are not in War against Islam " providing the fact that they all have learned and know from the significant impacts of the few in September 11th,2001 that the few of those fundamentalists Islamic Jihad militants have cost Western Democrats and Democracy a lot of losses entering two front lines in war at the same time .. taking themselves and the whole world into depressions .. The Fear factor is a catalyst which was observed playing a significant rule in secular democracy and its elections .. It was the language they understand and they care about - as Ayman El-Zawahiri most wanted man declared in CNN news and Al -Jazeerah tapped broad casted videos , September 11th,2001 with its tragedy still brought such a positive change in the language of diplomacy of USA / Western NATO / EU ..etc. as a must as the Islamic World - being humiliated by the previous arrogant and greedy diplomacy of those Western democrats in the past ( since 1914 - 2001 / 2008 ) have found to what extent few jihad militants can cause the superpowers of Democrats such a huge damage ..?! These are factual issues that already have been observed in the reality and the media discussing it .. If even the USA present administration is talking moderately while intensifying its bloody operations against the Taliban people in their home land in Afghanistan ; trying to transfer massive troops from Iraq into Afghanistan to eradicate those fundamentalist Jihad Militants ; in order to ensure full domination - by military violence invasions using the ocean, air force and ground land troops - for realizing full military control in central Asia , surrounding Iran from three front lines ; yet their searched quick victory is still facing uncertainty until the moment and in the future ..
5. Few democrats - reactionary acted - against other democrats and their recorded violence and inhuman language of humiliation during their Western democrats' conspiracy war attacks; it came due to September 11th,2001 strong counter attack upon on USA by militants, Here - for the first time - a leader of North American Democracy whom was the Prime Minster Of Canada John Chretien, whom had stated - against USA wrong doing in the international politics' arena -leading to September 11th, 2001 militants' attack; J.Chretien stated that : ' You can not work to humiliate others, attack them expecting you will be safe ' ..! ' within such a meaning of this statement in TV media while criticising USA - Middle East Wars action(s) in the Arabic Gulf area ..!
6. Some Western Governments and people in Europe like Sweden , Norway ..etc. have learned a positive impact - from 911 - not to participate in bloody wars against Muslims in the Islamic World according to the dominant desires of USA . where the Islamic Fundamentalists Jihad Militants responded they are not fighting them as enemy .. no terrors, peace is presently occurring without attacks or counterattacks to save valuable human lives .. !
7. Both USA and NATO allies have learned - as we previously highlighted in other published articles about crimes of democrats - that supportive of weak , injustified, poppet government and/or dictator regimes in the developing countries and/or the Islamic World to oppress, abuse its own people and the full support to Israel to launch further wars against the Arabs , all will result in and lead to grave side effects of the re-birth of Islamic Jihad Militants to fight back non -traditional war and cause severe threats to the process of peace and to bring serious threats / damages to the socio-economic , political and religio-cultural stabilities in any region , slamming us as Muslim People will definitely slam them back where nobody is guaranteed security .. September 11th, 2001 had proven Americans and European Democrats as well as Communists democrats can be reached and harmed in their home lands .. no body is accordingly safe equally.. If such an impact helps leaders to learn something from it .. that is then a serious positive impact in local and international politics ..
Our neutral political analysis to study both the negative and the positive impacts - related to September 11th , 2001 - from different angles and/or dimensions ; brings within itself more transparency to better understand and analyze what might be these impacts upon the Western Democratic Reality ..
